Safety Is Our Mission
Founded by a pharmacist with a mission to make quality first aid accessible to every Indian — from factory floors to family homes.
Our Story
St Johns First Aid Kits was founded in 2009 by Mr. Murali Sundaramoorthy, a pharmacist who saw a critical gap in India's safety preparedness. Most workplaces had either no first aid kit, or one filled with expired, substandard supplies.
What started as a small operation in Tamil Nadu has grown into one of India's most trusted first aid kit manufacturers — serving industries, hospitals, schools, and homes across the country.
Every kit we manufacture is designed with input from medical professionals, safety experts, and the people who actually use them on the ground. Because when an emergency happens, the quality of your first aid kit can be the difference between a quick recovery and a lasting injury.
What Drives Us
Lives First
Every decision starts with one question: will this save a life? If the answer is yes, we do it.

We hold ourselves to international standards because Indian lives deserve international quality.
Accessibility
Safety shouldn't be a luxury. We price our kits so that every school, every factory, every family can afford one.
Certified Excellence
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ZED Gold — our certifications are earned through rigorous audits, not purchased.

Why Every Home Needs a First Aid Kit
It was 11 PM when Priya's 3-year-old pulled a pot of hot water off the stove. The screaming was terrifying. Her husband fumbled through kitchen drawers looking for something — anything — to help. They found an old bandage and some ice. The burn blister was already forming.
At the hospital, the doctor said the same thing she tells every parent: “If you had applied burn gel within the first 3 minutes, the scarring would have been minimal.”
That's why we make first aid kits. Not for the shelf. For the moment you need them most.
